For UK and Republic of Ireland orders. We dispatch Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; order by 11:00 GMT for next-working-day arrival.

The smokehouse is open Tuesday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00. Knock during the working week and we will show you the kiln if there is not a slicing run on. Phone first if you are coming a long way.
